The Bistro Chair

These woven bistro chairs are the same French cafe chairs in which the musicians, artists, and philosophers of the 1920s and 30s sat to exchange ideas, talking into the wee hours. So you know they had to be comfortable and durable. These colorful bistro chairs are still made by French artisans, still made by hand, still made with the natural beauty and durability, just as they were then. Although now you can have these cafe chairs made in the patterns and colors of your choosing.

I can't help myself, I REALLY like it! I also found out that this style is called "New Bohemain" intoduced in the spring of 2010. I guess I have been out of the loop for a bit.

My family thinks I have enough pillows . . .

One can never have enough pillows. Change the pillows, you change the look.

I have always liked the "old world" look of needlepoint pillows

A little animal print adds a lot of style

Quilt pillows add a touch of nostalgia

Feed sack pillows are very trendy at this time

Chenille pillows add fun color and texture

Kilim pillows add an ethnic touch

Velvet pillows feel wonderful

Hooked pillows come in all kinds of whimsical prints

Backcloth pillows add a vintage feel

This is why I can never have enough, pillows can easily change the look of the room.

A Pantry

The most practical room, most homes do not have-The walk in pantry.

Just think how nice it would be to keep all your food staples in one place, extra dishes, seldom used appliances, dog and cat food, and all that stuff we buy in bulk because it's cheaper!

The Bed

When it comes to creating a beautiful bedroom, it's all about the bed.

I love lots of pillows, plenty of personal touches, and a bit of color.

Chartreuse

Chartreuse is one of those colors that usually gets a strong reaction. Love or hate it, it does make a statement.

I happen to love the color. I think it's one of those colors that has a vintage feel but still looks fresh and new.

I really like how chartreuse goes so well with aqua.
