I think how nice it would be to live in small 2 bedroom cottage, with an open living, dining, kitchen great room...Simple!
Until that day comes, I'm crushing on this Long Island home...

My New Dream Home
I have too much house and I'm tired of the upkeep! I remember when we found it, I loved all the space...4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, formal dining room, den, mudroom and laundry room. I had so much fun decorating and furnishing every nick and cranny...but now the children have moved out, we only use a few rooms and my basement and attic are filled with great finds but no more space.

Hi I'm gabby from cairns Australia, have you ever thought about flipping houses? Cos you have the talent... So many great ideas, I wish I could figure out my living area, very small but every Wall has a doorway, its rediculous, I must have moved everything around at least 10 Times lol.
