Sera Hersham-Loftus

Sera Hersham-Loftus is the ultimate Bohemian. The owner of Sera of London a home boutique filled with " exquisite furniture, boudoir furnishings, antique textiles and fabulous house jewels...Sera lives her passion and decorates homes and spaces that are wildly romantic, infused with a spirit of artistic reverie."

What I love most about her home is nothing is too contrived or precious. Beautiful eclectic pieces mix with rustic wood floors and feminine fabrics and lighting. This is a truly unique home.

Summer Camp Redo

This California house was once a YWCA summer camp in the 1880's, today it's an eclectic home for the Harris family designed by Rita Konig.

Geminola

Unfortunately I discover this fabulous little gem on the eve of it's closing...

Geminola "the teacup-size concept boutique had cultivated a loyal following in its 12-year run. Its carefully curated, madcap display of reconstructed vintage clothing, housewares, accessories and distressed tutus"

My dream is to own a little clothing boutique just like this!

Store owner and designer Lorraine Kirke use to live in this little gem in Greenwich Village...

Reclaimed & Unusual Objects

Apartment Therapy features another home I just love!

"As avid swap meet and salvage yard scavengers, the couple have amassed an impressive collection of recycled and reclaimed materials that they have put to good use. They've given new life to old elements, like using vintage bricks for flooring, old garden fencing for stair railings and discarded fence boards as counter tops."
